Teams are formed and line up the distance of the course. A bucket of balloons are at one end of the line and an empty container at the other. Balloons need to be tossed down the line to each player. Once it reaches the last player it is popped at the container. The team with the most water in at the end wins. Rotate kids so each can be the popper.
