Ducks Fly

Have students stand spread out in an area. Randomly choose a leader. The leader will stand in front of the group and call out “Ducks Fly.” The students must now begin to flap their wings. The leader will continue to call out animals by saying, for example, “Birds Fly” or “Crows Fly.” As long as the leader calls out an animal that flies, the students will continue to flap their wings. If the leader says an animal that does not fly the class should stop flapping their wings. Students caught continuing to flap must sit down.
