Break into small groups (generally 4-5 people). Find 4 things that you all have in common (saw a movie, have a brother, love snow, visited New York, wearing green, etc.) Then each individual finds one thing that is unique to them (no one else in their group has/does like I collect coins). Each share with the larger group at the end.
