Popsicle Stick Fitness

Get a bunch of popsicle sticks with fitness moves or activities on them. Make at least 3-4 of the same for each. Have campers each pick a stick. First they have to find who has the same activity as them and get together with that group. Once everyone finds their group they all do what is on the stick. Put the sticks back and repeat. This activity not only promotes fitness activities but is a team builder and ice breaker as well!
