Save up cardboard throughout the year to use to build forts at camp. You can usually get large cardboard boxes that department stores, grocery stores, or hardware stores will give you. Have each camp group spend a few hours to build a fort or several fort buildings. Then keep them up during activities and make the fort part of the game for things like dodgeball or capture the flag.
