Divide the group into two teams and have the teams facing each other. Give everyone about 30 seconds to carefully examine the person in front of them. Then have everyone turn around so their backs are facing each other and everyone should change one thing. (Remove watch, tuck in shirt etc.) Then have everyone turn back around and face each other and then try and figure what has changed about the person in front of you.
