Split the kids in groups. Get a set of oversized clothes for each group. The first person has to put on all the clothes and run to the other end and back. When they get back they have to take off all the clothes and the next camper puts them on. The next person in line can help put on the clothes. The first group to get everyone in the clothes and back wins.
